Hibiscus print in maroon designed for the ibis KLCC hotel opening in Kuala Lumpur

Hotel uniform and print identity for the opening of ibis KLCC, built on Malaysia's national flower and traditional Southeast Asian batik geometry.

For the hotel's grand opening in Kuala Lumpur I designed the staff uniforms and a print family based on the hibiscus — Malaysia's national flower — combined with traditional batik motifs and symmetrical arrangements that signify harmony.

The project brought printed textile design and corporate identity together: one motif system scaled across uniforms, souvenir bags and collateral, and released in four colourways from maroon and gold to apple green and monochrome.
